Formed in 2022, BAYA Projects was set up by Founding Partners, Mark Forbes & Martin Pearce and offers a unique approach to
professional services within the Construction Industry.

Mark, as a Chartered Surveyor and Martin as a Chartered Architect, with a combined 30 years of industry experience, the partners have established a track record in delivering high quality projects from land acquisition and planning consents, through to delivery of completed projects on site.

A background working in both professional practice and for property developers, the founding partners have established a thorough knowledge in the requirements of professional services as well as invaluable market knowledge and expertise from the client-side perspective. This gives confidence to both clients and landowners that the requirements and market drivers for the end user are considered from the outset, which in turn ensures optimal efficiency and derived value from the asset to ensure maximised returns.
