BAYA Projects was instructed by the regional housebuilder, Weston Homes, to work alongside both their in-house design team and the scheme architects, Broadway Malayan, to coordinate and help manage the planning application process for the mix use re-generation project of an underutilised asset in Norwich Town Centre.

The proposals would provide over 1000no. new homes for the City, alongside new retail space, food establishments and leisure opportunities, set within areas of landscaped public open space.
