Following their positive growth and expansion plans, Trident Marketing appointed BAYA Projects to explore options for securing detailed planning consent and coordinating the delivery of a new office building to accommodate the client’s business requirements.

A challenging planning application, with a site located in a rural countryside location, required careful engagement with the Local Authority to develop a considered, sensitive design that acknowledged the agricultural setting of the site.

Having received full planning consent, the design was progressed through tender to construction and management/coordination on site to deliver a high-quality proposal that met the current and future needs of the business.
